Baker Rejoins Bridon American Customer Service Departmentart

(WILKES-BARRE, PA...January 21, 2003.) Chuck Baker has rejoined Bridon American in the position of Customer Service Representative. Baker previously worked for Bridon American for 26 years, starting in 1973, before leaving the company in 1999 to work for another wire rope manufacturer's customer service department.

In his role as Customer Service Representative, Baker is responsible for the processing of orders, order entry and tracking, and responding to customer inquiries. His 29-plus years of experience in the wire rope industry have helped him become an immediate asset to the Customer Service Department. According to Customer Service Manager Wendy Robbins, "Chuck brings with him a great deal of knowledge, not only of Bridon American's product line, but also of the industry as a whole. He is a friendly, reliable voice that customers can count on."
